Puglia region typical product, our frise are made of healty and genuine ingredients only, without any kind of additive or preserving agents. Perfect replacement for lunch or dinner, expecially during summer time. They can be wet with water to be softer, then dressed with tomato, oregano, salt and extravirgin olive oil. Our suggestion is to dress frise in the traditional way and then, at the end, add tuna or cheese and eat them by the sea together with a glass of good white wine.
