FRISE
Friselle are baked soft wheat taralli, cut in half horizontally and toasted again in the oven. A product of the Apulian culinary tradition, typical of Salento, it is offered by Panificio San Pietro in the tastiest variations.

TARALLI
Panificio San Pietro's taralli are delicious baked products and are distinguished by their fragrance and their irresistible consistency. They are created with high quality ingredients and with different types of Flour, enriched with aromas and spices or classic, made following the ancient recipes of the Apulian Tradition.

PASTRIES
The tradition of Pugliese sweets boasts a long and detailed history, which has evolved over the years for the better, with an eye to the precious teachings of the past, maintaining the same recipes over time. Extremely refined techniques and recipes and small but fundamental cooking secrets have made the Pugliese sweets of Panificio San Pietro, unique and quality Italian products.

A typical product of the Apulian culinary tradition, our frise are handmade with healthy and genuine ingredients, free of additives and preservatives. Ideal as a substitute for lunch or dinner, especially in the summer. Depending on your tastes and the consistency you want to give to the product, they can be moistened with water and then seasoned with only tomato, oregano, salt and extra virgin olive oil, as tradition dictates. For the most refined palates, try it with the final addition of tuna and enjoy it by the sea with a good glass of white wine.
